#MM Back From the Conference

I arrived back in Memphis today after a wonderful TpT Conference in Orlando. I learned a lot and met great people, too. However, my store is now undergoing some serious revamping. Since I have a lot of work to do, here is a song to fit that theme.

First off, I changed my name from Gifted and Talented Materials by Joyce Lansky to Catch My Products. I've been wanting to change the name for a long time but was afraid I'd lose links to my items. They are secured. I also changed my photo, but I'm not totally happy with it, so it's still under construction.

I have been busy adding links from solo products to their bundles. For example, it would be great if someone bought this first day of school logic problem for $1. However, it would be better to buy a bundle of fifteen problems for $8.95. That's .25 a piece savings. I've had several customers come back and continually purchase $1 items. It's easier and cheaper to just buy a bundle.

Here's another Musical Monday work song, which fits since we went to Magic Kingdom after the conference ended. Wait an hour to see Winnie the Pooh, blink your eyes and then you're through.

My work is not done after links, either. I have to improve my product descriptions, make and download product previews with watermarks, and place products into custom categories for easy location. With 450 products, this will take me quite awhile! I also need to get going on collaboration and advertising. So it's almost Monday, and I'm back to work.

#MM Wordless Songs

Tomorrow, I'm leaving my husband in Memphis, with three vicious dogs, and heading to the Teacher's Pay Teachers Conference in Orlando. I am so excited to learn how to sell all of these products I've made. Although I do well, I believe I can do much better, so I'm off to network and get new tips!

Erica and I are taking a long car ride. Being in a car for a long time makes me think of wordless songs, so here are two great ones. First up is Jessica by The Allman Brothers Band. This song was sang on the road when Kevin Costner and James Earl Jones went to––or was it from––Iowa in Field of Dreams. Either way, I love listening to the instrumentals.

Next up is an amazing song by Edgar Winter called, "Frankenstein." Go figure. I'm not sure why it's called that but could probably spend my time googling it rather than packing. I think I'd better pack, so you can look it up and tell me, if you wish. Have a great week. I know I will!
